Assembly day for exhibitors

• Assembly of stands built by the Organizer (Octanorm construction): Sunday, June 14, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to midnight* and Monday, June 15, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Exhibition arrangement for stands built by the Organizer: June 15, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to midnight
• Assembly of stands built by the Exhibitor (own construction): June 14-15, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to midnight

Fair Days

• For Exhibitors: Tuesday and Wednesday – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM – midnight (stand dismantling will take place from 3:30 PM – midnight),
• For Visitors: Tuesday and Wednesday – 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Fair Closing: June 18, 2026, at 3:00 PM

Payment terms

The condition for obtaining a stand is full payment of the amount due under this order, made by bank transfer to the FARMACOM Publishing House account within the time specified on the proforma invoice, with the note “PCI Days.” If your transfer requires a longer processing time, please contact us. Final invoices are issued within 14 days after the Fair.

Dismantling of stand structures and exhibits

• June 18, 2026 (Thursday), 3:30 PM – midnightAll work related to dismantling of exhibits and stands must be completed by midnight.

Parking

Day of the event

Passenger cars: PLN 10 for the first hour, PLN 8 for each hour started, up to PLN 100

Trucks: PLN 70 for each hour started

Temporary parking lots (side parking lots): PLN 40 per entry per day

Assembly/disassembly:
a. passenger cars: PLN 4 per hour,
b. trucks: PLN 8 for the first 3 hours, PLN 50 for each additional hour

1-day for PLN 66.00
2-day for PLN 105.00
3-day for PLN 138.00
4-day for PLN 168.00
5-day for PLN 202.00

Payments can be made at the machines in the main hall and on level -1, or at the parking lot manager’s office.

Additional orders placed on the day of installation

Orders for additional furniture and additional utility orders (electricity, water, compressed air) will be fulfilled whenever possible and will be 100% more expensive than the basic price.

Couriers and parcels

Companies sending materials to the stand by courier or post are required to collect these materials in person. Please indicate on the package the name of the company it refers to and its booth number at the Fair. A representative of the company must be present at the stand upon the courier’s arrival to collect the materials (Organizer representatives do not collect shipments).
