ASSEMBLY DAY FOR EXHIBITORS:

Assembly day: June 19, 2023. (Monday) and June 20, 2023. (Tuesday):

The assembly of stands constructed by the Exhibitor or a company rented by him is carried out on June 19 and 22, 2023. (Monday – Tuesday) from 8.00 am – 10.00 pm

The exhibition arrangement by the Exhibitor for stands constructed by the Organizer takes place on June 20, 2023. (Tuesday) from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Thursday, June 22 between 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Exhibitors opening hours:

Wednesday, June 21 between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

One representative of your company must be present at the booth from the moment the exhibition hall is opened until it is closed.

REMOVAL OF CONSTRUCTION OF STANDS AND EXHIBITS:

June 22, 2023 (Thursday) from 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm
All works related to the dismantling of both exhibits and stands must be strictly completed by 10:00 pm.

SHIPMENT AND LOGISTICS SERVICES:

The shipper of the PCI DAYS Fair are companies ExpoSped Sp. z o.o. and Netlog Polska Sp. z o. o. All inquiries, orders and comments regarding forwarding services should be sent directly to shippers. The organizer does not mediate between the exhibitors and the forwarder.

TERMS OF PAYMENTS, INVOICES:

The requirement to take up the stand is full settlement of the amounts due under this order, made by bank transfer within the deadline specified in the proforma invoice to the account of the FARMACOM Publishing House with the inscription – “PCI Days”.
If the transfer requires a longer period of implementation – please contact us – we will issue a proforma invoice later.

Final invoices:

  • we issue up to 14 days after the Fair and send it by post
  • You can also receive invoices in electronic form

ADDITIONAL ORDERS
ON THE ASSEMBLY DAY:

Equipment with additional furniture and additional orders of utilities (electricity, water, compressed air) will be implemented as far as possible and will be more expensive by 100% than the basic price.

COURIERES AND SHIPMENTS:

Companies sending materials to the stand by courier or post are required to collect these materials in person. Please mark on the shipment the name of the company it concerns and the number of the stand at the Fair. It is necessary to have a representative of a given company at the stand when the courier arrives to collect the materials (the Organizer’s representatives do not collect shipments).
